We have reached a milestone - our 40th anniversary!
Gary and I have had a lot of adventures, and a lot of blessings, too! We have the best family ever and enjoy the time we spend with them.
Our special day was a quiet one, due to my limitations, but it was nice. In the afternoon we drove to the stable where Penny is boarded and I got a chance to see her for the first time since my accident. She looked for some treats, which I didn't have with me. I wish I could have brushed her but that will have to wait for awhile. After we spent some time talking to Margie (stable owner) we left to go out for some ice cream! Dairy Queen provided us with our dinner and dessert - Gary had a blizzard and I had a carmel and fudge sundae. UMMM, good!
The outing completely wore me out, but it was worth it. On for the next 40 years!
