We stopped across the street from the Bridalveil Falls trailhead. Everyone was really excited to see the beautiful views in every direction.
David found a great rock face to climb and Mackenzie decided to join him.
We crossed the street and started to follow the path to the bottom of the falls.
We were missing the Olson kids when this picture was taken and Grandpa Gary held Malia but isn't this a great group of kids! These guys are already planning which hikes they want to take tomorrow - I understand that Katrina, BJ & Andy want to hike to the top of Yosemite Falls. Kenzie would go, too, but it's not a hike to take a baby.
Speaking of baby - isn't she cute!! Most of the day she could be found in the arms of Grandparents, Great-Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles - too bad she has so much love!
After our walk to the first falls we stopped to have lunch. We make quite a group!
We had a hard time finding a parking spot, but finally did so and took the tram to the visitor center. It was really interesting to read and look at all the information about the park. The movie was great, too. After a stop in the store we headed back to the trams, found our cars and traveled home (camp). The dogs were very happy to see us! Most of the kids went to the pool while the adults tried to relax. We made our plans for tomorrow and arranged seating assignments in cars before we headed in for the night. Got to get to bed - we leave for the park at 7:30 am.

So proud of your hiking. I am getting tired of being in the truck so much. We are going to Grand Canyon tomorrow, any hints for us.
