We followed Route 66 to Historic Downtown Flagstaff. The train station also serves as a visitor center and the Amtrak train stops in town twice a day, once going East and once going West! We walked just a little bit around the "downtown" area before heading off to do some errands - like buy a new battery for the camera! Anyway, here a few pictures we took while out and about!
The tree I am standing under had lots of pink blossoms under the coating of snow. Spring and Winter were colliding!
The rest of the afternoon will be spent doing laundry and being LAZY! Gary is now watching "Bridge on the River Kwai" (sp?) and I will either play games, check on the laundry or read! So long for now. Hope all is well in your neck of the woods!
